It's easier than you might think.  There are just three steps needed to put your escrow agreement in place:

3. Pay your escrow invoice. We will email an invoice to you upon receipt of the signed agreement. You can pay by check or pay online. Subsequently, you will receive a renewal invoice from us 30 days prior to the anniversary date of your escrow agreement.
